Current focus: AI‑/ML‑driven advisory – identifying and unlocking concrete optimisation potential across processes, products and operations. Deep hands‑on experience in Automotive (connected‑car, after‑sales, OEM processes) and Fintech (payments, risk, compliance, regulation).
As a native speaker of Serbian and Croatian, she is also our key interface to international engineering teams – agile, value‑driven and with a strong Lean Management mindset.
